About the Role: As a General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, team growth, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: - Manage daily operations and profitability goals. - Drive excellence in guest service, food safety, and cleanliness. - Coach and develop managers and team members. - Handle scheduling, payroll, and deposits. - Partner with Area Supervisor on staffing, training, and development goals.
