### Virtual Assistant (Remote) – Cleaning Services Company

We are an established and growing residential and industrial cleaning company seeking a dependable Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations and customer service functions. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth client experience and efficient scheduling of services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a professional manner
* Schedule, confirm, and update cleaning appointments
* Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely service delivery
* Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer information
* Send invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
* Provide general administrative support as needed
**Qualifications:**
* Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or virtual assistance
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of requests
* Proficient with basic computer systems (email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets)
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in home services, cleaning, or field service industries
* Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software
