We are looking for a talented Product Designer with strong UI/UX expertise to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for modern AI-powered products. In this role, you will focus on designing clear, engaging, and functional interfaces that simplify complex workflows and enable users to effectively interact with AI-driven systems. You will play a critical role in shaping product experiences by combining design thinking, usability principles, and a deep understanding of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and large language models (LLMs). The position requires close collaboration with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with product vision and technical feasibility. You will contribute to building scalable design systems, refining product interfaces, and improving the overall usability and accessibility of the platform. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end design processes—from research and ideation to prototyping and final implementation—while continuously improving user experiences through feedback and iterative testing. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving real user problems, comfortable working in fast-moving product environments, and capable of translating complex ideas into simple, elegant design solutions that deliver meaningful impact.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for AI-powered digital products
• Create user-centric product experiences by applying UX principles, research insights, and usability testing
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align design solutions with product roadmaps and technical requirements
• Translate complex AI-driven workflows into clear, accessible, and easy-to-use interfaces
• Build and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across product features
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs for new product features
• Conduct rapid usability testing and incorporate user feedback into design improvements
• Ensure visual clarity, accessibility, and consistency across all digital interfaces
• Communicate design ideas effectively through presentations, documentation, and design specifications
• Continuously refine the product experience based on user behavior, analytics, and product feedback
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation of design solutions

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Strong experience in UI/UX or product design with a focus on digital product interfaces
• Understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy, typography, and modern interface design
• Experience designing user experiences for AI-driven or data-driven applications
• Familiarity with AI or LLM-based product interactions, including trust, transparency, and usability considerations
• Strong user-centered mindset with empathy for user needs and behaviors
• Experience conducting user research and rapid usability testing
• Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams in agile environments
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive design initiatives from concept to delivery
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining design decisions
