The Travel Field Sales Representative serves as the primary on-site representative for Bezerra Vend Co.
In this role, you will travel to pre-scheduled client appointments to conduct site assessments, collect project information, document locations, and facilitate the execution of service agreements.
This position requires a unique blend of professionalism, organization, independence, and customer-facing communication skills.
You will be trusted to represent the company in the field, ensure all required information is collected accurately, and help move projects smoothly from consultation to implementation.
Travel to scheduled client locations throughout assigned territories
Conduct comprehensive site assessments and inspections
Verify site conditions and project requirements
Gather critical information necessary for service implementation
Take accurate measurements and site dimensions
Capture professional-quality photographs of project locations
Document site conditions and technical requirements
Ensure all information collected is complete and accurate
Present final service agreements to clients
Review project details and contract information
Facilitate digital and physical contract execution
Ensure all required signatures and documentation are properly completed
Upload photos, measurements, reports, and executed agreements promptly
Maintain accurate records within company systems
Submit completed documentation according to company standards
Ensure project files remain organized and up-to-date
Manage personal travel schedules efficiently
Coordinate transportation and appointment timelines
Maintain professionalism while traveling and representing the company
Adhere to appointment schedules and project deadlines

Previous field service, inspection, sales, project coordination, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
Experience managing travel schedules is a plus
Valid driver's license required
Clean driving record preferred
Ability to travel extensively by air and ground transportation
This position requires frequent travel throughout various regions.
