Foreign English Teacher Recruitment
We are looking for fantastic and motivated English teachers to relocate to China. This is a direct recruitment opportunity between the school and you, with no agency involved. Candidates should have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic when it comes to teaching English. Strong communication skills and a strong sense of responsibility are highly desirable. This is a full-time English teaching position starting in September on a long-term basis.
Brief Background
You will participate in a teaching programme implemented in Chinese mainstream schools, with educational support provided by British educational institutions. After completing required training sessions, you will be assigned to teach at Chinese mainstream secondary schools for students aged 12 to 15. Teaching will follow Cambridge-published textbooks, and you are required to design lessons with a variety of teaching materials. Each class is co-taught by foreign and Chinese teachers with different teaching focuses and methodologies, so close cooperation with Chinese co-teachers is required. Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure teaching continuity and consistency.

Job Responsibilities
- Design and strictly implement lesson plans, teaching objectives and syllabuses together with co-teachers
- Conduct full lesson preparation and review with co-teachers in advance
- Maintain daily teaching communication with co-teachers, and attend weekly and monthly teaching meetings to ensure consistent teaching content and pace
- Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, including one English Club session per week and at least two English VIP lessons per week
- Grade students' assignments, and follow up with students and parents when necessary
- Interact with students and parents in an educational, fun and engaging way in class
- Participate in teaching training sessions and assessments organized by senior teachers and the school
Job Requirements
- Native English speaker from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or South Africa (in accordance with Chinese visa regulations)
- Bachelor’s degree or above (major is not limited)
- Hold official teaching certifications such as Trinity CertTESOL, Cambridge TKT, Trinity DipTESOL, DELTM, etc.
- At least 2 years of teaching experience; newly qualified PGCE graduates are preferred
- Possess excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude
- No criminal record
- Willing to reside and work in China for at least one year
Salary and Benefits
Salary Package
- Pre-tax monthly salary: RMB 20,000 - 30,000 (adjustable based on teaching experience and qualifications)
- Performance bonus upon contract completion: up to 1.3 times the monthly salary (based on teaching assessment results)
