Responsibilities
People Analytics 관점에서 조직 및 인재 관련 핵심 관리 영역과 주요 지표를 정의합니다.
인원, 조직, 평가, 보상, 이동, 퇴사, 스킬, 프로젝트 등 HR 데이터를 구조화하고 분석 체계를 설계합니다.
퇴사, 리텐션, 핵심인재 이탈 리스크, 리더십 효과성, 인재 밀도, 내부 인재풀, 스킬 기반 인재관리 등 주요 이슈를 데이터 기반으로 분석합니다.
HR, 리더 및 유관 조직과 협업하여 분석 요구사항을 정리하고, 활용 가능한 대시보드 및 리포트를 기획, 운영합니다.
사람-스킬-프로젝트-도메인-전략 수요 연결 구조를 검토하고, 내부 인재 활용 및 인력 수요 대응 기반을 마련합니다.
이상 징후 탐지, 원인 분석, 후속 조치 관리로 이어지는 운영 체계 수립을 지원합니다.
Qualifications
People Analytics, HR Data, HRIS, 조직/인사 데이터 분석, 대시보드 구축 등 관련 업무 경험이 있으신 분
인사 데이터를 단순 집계가 아닌 조직 및 인재 관점에서 해석하고 구조화할 수 있는 분
퇴사, 리텐션, 핵심인재, 조직 건강도, 리더십, 스킬 기반 인재관리 등 HR 아젠다에 대한 이해가 있으신 분
Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio 등 BI 도구 또는 SQL, Python, Excel 기반 데이터 분석 역량을 보유하신 분
AI 기반 업무 도구를 활용하여 데이터 분석, 지표 정리, 문서화, 반복 업무 자동화를 수행할 수 있는 분
Claude Code 등 생성형 AI 도구를 활용해 분석 생산성을 높이고 데이터 기반 문제 해결을 수행할 수 있는 분
다양한 이해관계자와 커뮤니케이션하며 요구사항을 정리하고 분석 결과를 명확하게 설명할 수 있는 분
Preferred Qualifications
HRBP, HRIS, 보상, 평가, 조직문화, 인재관리 등 HR 전반에 대한 이해가 있으신 분
스킬 기반 인재관리, 내부 인재풀, 프로젝트 기반 인력 운영, 전략적 인력계획 관련 경험이 있으신 분
Claude Code, ChatGPT 등 생성형 AI 도구를 활용한 분석 지원, 문서화, 자동화 업무 경험이 있으신 분
AI 기반 분석, 예측 모델링, 텍스트 분석, 설문/피드백 데이터 분석 경험이 있으신 분
경영진 보고용 대시보드 또는 조직/인재 리스크 모니터링 체계를 구축해본 경험이 있으신 분
