Lead ServiceNow Developer Responsibilities:
Required skills: Strong experience with ITSM implementations and enhancements, Service Portal development, Flow Designer and Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, UI Policies and Data Policies, Custom Application Development, Update Sets and release management, CMDB and Asset Management, ServiceNow platform optimization and troubleshooting.
Preferred Experience: HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, IRM / GRC, SecOps, SPM, ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS, etc.)
