Roles and Responsibilities:
Facilitates Agile development practices and ensures Scrum processes are followed.
Lead Scrum ceremonies, remove blockers, coach teams on Agile principles.
Skills: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), strong communication and leadership skills.
Senior SM with Agile experience, particularly in Agile transformation
PM experience, so that the SM can take on PM duties, and/or grow into them
"Healthy" level of Middle and Back Office knowledge
