Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $65 - $68.75 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Agile Leadership & Delivery
• Serve as the Release Train Engineer / Lead Scrum Master for a product area supporting multiple agile teams
• Facilitate team‑level Scrum execution while operating at the product‑area level with product partners
• Enable delivery planning, execution, and dependency management across multiple teams
• Remove systemic and cross‑team impediments impacting delivery flow
• Support resource and capacity adjustments when delivery needs shift
