Requirement:
Required Skills Minimum 2 years of professional experience (relevant internships in digital marketing, analytics, martech, business analysis, or IT support count if hands-on). Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) for campaign setup, segmentation, and reporting. Exposure to SFMC via Trailhead, certification prep, coursework, or hands-on experience. Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email platforms. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Console (tracking, analysis, dashboards). Ability to analyze campaign KPIs (CTR, CVR, CPC, ROAS, ROI, etc.). Experience with A/B testing for campaigns, emails, or landing pages. Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar tools, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and data management. Experience supporting platform migration, replatforming, or legacy system retirement in marketing/CRM environments. SEO experience using SEMrush (keyword research, optimization, backlinks, site performance, SERP tracking). Experience with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite) managing multi-channel content. Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot and Salesforce (lead management, segmentation, data flow). Hands-on experience with paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) including targeting, budgeting, and optimization. Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI) and strong Excel skills. Experience with SQL/MySQL; exposure to Python, R, or SPSS is a plus. Knowledge of CRO, landing page optimization, and funnel analysis. Experience with e-commerce/CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify) and UX optimization. Proficiency in design and content tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut). Experience creating presentations and stakeholder-facing materials. Familiarity with email marketing automation, A/B testing, and segmentation tools. Experience with collaboration/project tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Teams). Knowledge of compliance standards (HIPAA, PII, CAN-SPAM/CASL, accessibility). Relevant certifications (Google Digital Marketing/Analytics, IBM Data Science or similar).
