Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
o Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing team including Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Crew Members.
o Foster a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven work culture.
o Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and recognition to support team growth.
o Identify and develop internal talent for future leadership roles.
Operations Management
o Oversee daily restaurant operations including scheduling, inventory, food safety, and facility maintenance.
o Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations as well as company standards.
o Maintain operational excellence and uphold brand guidelines in all areas of the restaurant.
Financial Performance
o Manage restaurant P&L to achieve financial targets including sales growth, labor efficiency, and cost control.
o Analyze key financial and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
o Drive top-line sales through exceptional guest service, operational execution, and local marketing efforts.
Guest Experience
o Ensure a consistently high level of hospitality, speed of service, and food quality.
o Respond to guest feedback and implement action plans to improve satisfaction.
o Champion a guest-first culture that builds loyalty and community connection.
Compliance & Standards
o Maintain compliance with food safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and employment laws.
o Enforce company policies and procedures across all operational and team-related activities.
Additional Responsibilities
o Execute local store marketing and community engagement initiatives.
o Perform other related duties as assigned to support overall restaurant and company success.
Qualifications & Skills
· High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
· 2–4 years of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience.
· Minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
· ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
· Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team development and operational excellence.
· Sharp business acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
· Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with POS and scheduling systems.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead across all levels.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
· Comfortable working long or irregular shifts as required by the business.
