Job Description

Location: Orlando, FL (Remote within the United States)

Employment type: Full-time or Part-time

Compensation: Commission-based with performance bonuses

Overview: We are seeking Remote Client Agents to join a growing remote team. This work-from-home opportunity is intended for individuals seeking schedule flexibility, professional development, and performance-based compensation. In this role, you will engage with prospective clients who have requested information and assist them in identifying solutions aligned with their needs. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.

  • Key responsibilities
    • Communicate with clients via telephone and virtual platforms
    • Provide information and guidance tailored to client needs
    • Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
    • Follow established training systems and operational processes
    • Participate in optional training sessions and team meetings
  • Qualifications
    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • Authorized to work in the United States
    • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
    • Basic computer literacy and comfort with virtual communication tools
