Pay: $23 - $29/hr
The CCTV Operator is responsible for inspecting underground sewer and stormwater pipelines using robotic camera equipment. This role monitors live video feeds to identify blockages, damage, root intrusion, and other defects within pipeline systems. The operator records inspection footage, documents findings using inspection software, and prepares reports for supervisors or municipal clients.
Key Responsibilities
Operate CCTV robotic camera systems to inspect sewer pipelines
Identify and document pipe defects, blockages, and structural issues
Record video inspections and complete inspection reports
Assist with accessing manholes and setting up inspection equipment
Coordinate with cleaning or hydrovac crews to prepare pipelines for inspection
Follow safety procedures and maintain equipment
Requirements
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred)
Ability to work outdoors and lift equipment
Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail
