Photographer / Videographer Location: Ocala, FL
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience
Position Overview We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer/Videographer to join our team and help capture the energy, elegance, and excitement of one of the premier destination venues in the country. This role will be responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content across a variety of environments, including equestrian competitions, special events, weddings, hospitality venues, marketing campaigns, and social media initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with strong technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create compelling content that enhances brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities - Capture professional photography and videography for equestrian events, weddings, hospitality venues, marketing campaigns, social media content, and special events.
- Produce engaging visual content that aligns with brand standards and marketing objectives.
- Edit and deliver high-quality photos and videos for digital, print, website, social media, and promotional use.
- Operate drone equipment to capture aerial photography and videography when appropriate.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop content concepts and execute campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and production schedules.
- Provide occasional same-day content delivery for select events and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries, ensuring proper storage and accessibility of content.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in photography, videography, and content creation.
Qualifications - Professional experience in photography, videography, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photography and video production capabilities.
- Proficiency with industry-standard editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and related tools).
- Experience operating professional camera equipment and production gear.
- Drone photography/videography experience required; FAA Part 107 certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color correction, and visual storytelling.

Preferred Experience Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred, but not required:

- Marketing and social media content creation
Schedule This is a full-time position. While the schedule is generally consistent, candidates should be flexible to occasionally work evenings, weekends, holidays, and early mornings to support events and content needs.
