Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily office operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who is organized, dependable, and able to handle a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain internal reports with a high level of accuracy
Perform data entry and general clerical duties
Organize and maintain filing systems
Answer and direct incoming phone calls (single-line system)
Assist with miscellaneous office tasks as needed
