We are currently seeking a licensed plumber (Journeymn/Tradesmn) in our Service plumbing department. Do you have the skills it takes to provide great customer service? Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner. Spot potential problems
to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks
Practice good customer relation skills and solicit customer feedback/reviews
Promote the benefits of and offer maintenance contracts to customers
Fill out forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, complete and accurate manner
Adhere to safety procedures
Train apprentices in plumbing skills and company procedures
Follow check in/out procedures where required
Properly maintain and care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles
