JPCG provides investment banking services to support clients' business objectives including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity capital raises, project finance and capital structure advisory. Additionally, JPCG invests Javelin’s capital as part of the merchant banking services it offers clients.

JPCG is recruiting talented 2nd or 3rd year analysts to join the New York office and to support our growing investment Banking practice. Analysts will directly support senior bankers and are expected to handle a high level of responsibility in the execution of regular financings, distressed financing and restructuring transactions. Analysts work on small deal teams and have direct exposure to clients and senior bankers. Analysts bear responsibility for providing the rigorous analysis that supports the advice provided to clients. Analysts are expected to embrace a fast-paced environment, a high-level of responsibility and desire to grow their role in the team over time.
