What You’ll Do

As a Human Resources Generalist II, you’ll be a key partner to employees and leaders, supporting the full employee lifecycle while helping OneHR deliver a strong, consistent HR experience across the organization.

You’ll:

  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and leaders, balancing employee advocacy with business needs
  • Support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and coaching leaders through people issues
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, including sourcing, interviewing, assessments, background checks, and offer coordination
  • Partner with the Corporate Recruiter to support hiring demand and time-to-fill goals
  • Coordinate and deliver onboarding and new-hire orientation programs
  • Communicate and administer employee benefits enrollments and HR programs
  • Track and administer FMLA and personal leave requests
  • Support performance management processes and annual evaluations
  • Manage unemployment claims and coordinate litigation matters with third-party vendors
  • Help maintain HR policies, procedures, and handbook updates in alignment with employment laws
  • Support employee recognition programs, engagement initiatives, and company events
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations

Requirements

What You Bring

You’re a hands-on Human Resources professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong relationships across an organization.

You bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 3+ years of HR experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Experience handling employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Comfort working across multiple HR functions; recruiting, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and performance management
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and working knowledge of HRIS (ADP a plus) and payroll systems
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and communicate clearly
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR or similar) is preferred , not required
