Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker for the 2nd shift from 2:15 pm to 12:45 am, Monday through Thursday. The role typically involves working 40-45 hours per week, with a half-day on Fridays. You will be responsible for operating hand tools to shape Structural Insulated Panels according to blueprint specifications, ensuring they are ready for wrapping and shipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools to shape and finish Structural Insulated Panels.
• Follow blueprint specifications for final shaping and finishing processes.
• Ensure panels are prepared for wrapping and shipment.

Essential Skills

• 1 year of experience in reading a tape measure.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Eagerness to learn and be trainable.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in general labor and production.
• Machine operation skills.

Work Environment

The work environment is structured around a 2nd shift schedule with typical working hours from 2:15 pm to 12:45 am, Monday through Thursday. Expect a half-day on Fridays. You will be utilizing hand tools and working with Structural Insulated Panels in a manufacturing setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Holland, MI.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
