Korzen Health has been engaged by a hospital located approximately one hour southeast of Dallas, Texas. This hospital is part of a prominent healthcare system affiliated with the largest multispecialty medical group serving the greater East Texas region.
Position Highlights:
Employed opportunity offering a competitive base salary with additional RVU-based incentives.
4.5-day workweek: one clinic day and the remaining days dedicated to procedures.
10 days of hospital call per month, with additional compensation for call coverage.
Epic EMR system.
Facility Details:
4 Operating Rooms, 4 PACU suites, 2 GI procedure suites, 20 pre-op bays, and a 5-bed infusion center.
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) support for histories, physicals, and post-operative consultations.
Established, high-volume practice with a strong primary care referral network.
Approximately six-month wait time for new patients.
18–22 patients per clinic day and 15–17 procedures daily.
Incoming gastroenterologist expected to exceed the 75th percentile in MGMA volume benchmarks.
