Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, organized dish pit throughout service, properly sorting and washing pots/pans, ceramics, and steel/metal separately, keeping kitchen and dining areas clean (sweeping, mopping, trash), and supporting general porter/cleaning duties as needed. Reliability, speed, and the ability to keep up during a fast-paced dinner service are key.
