Job Title: Customer Service Agent German Language

Daily Overview:

Your day starts around 08:00/08:30 as a Customer Service Employee for the German market.

You will begin with checking emails, focusing on issues needing immediate attention, and addressing customer inquiries. Customer satisfaction is crucial, and your goal is to find the best solutions for them.

Your responsibilities include:

• Answering incoming phone calls about delivery delays and order-related issues.
• Looking up orders in the system and providing clear, friendly solutions.
• Researching customer feedback and reaching out to resolve complaints on platforms like Amazon and eBay.
• Performing administrative tasks and managing case transfers from the first-line team.
• Participating in online meetings with colleagues using Slack or MS Teams.
• Checking email boxes to ensure every customer receives a reply within the promised SLA.
