We are looking for a high-caliber Construction Superintendent to take the reins of our luxury custom home projects for our client in Orlando, FL. If you are a field leader who thrives on precision, proactive problem-solving, and the satisfaction of seeing a high-end vision come to life from kickoff to closeout, our client wants you on their team. You won't just be managing a site; you'll be driving the standard of excellence that defines our reputation.

salary: $80,000 - 100,000 per year
work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:
- Manage daily jobsite operations from kickoff through punch-out and closeout
- Lead trade partners: coordination, sequencing, accountability, and jobsite expectations
- Drive the schedule and proactively solve field issues before they become delays
- Coordinate inspections, site readiness, and permitting requirements
- Track materials, deliveries, and short-interval planning to keep production moving
- Complete daily logs and updates using tools like QuickBooks Time, MS Office, and UDA Construction Online
Experience - 3+ years of superintendent or lead field experience in custom homes or luxury residential remodeling
- Understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and quality control
- Organized, schedule-minded, and comfortable with documentation and daily reporting
- Working knowledge of building codes and inspections
