🚜📦 Clamp Truck Operator — Precision • Power • Performance

Are you a master of maneuvering massive paper rolls with accuracy and control? If you can glide a 4,000‑lb roll through a warehouse like it’s nothing — we want you on our team.

We’re hiring an experienced Clamp Truck Operator to support high‑speed production and inventory operations in a safety‑driven, team‑oriented environment.

🌟 About the Role

You’ll play a key role in the flow of materials across production, warehousing, and printing operations. This position is perfect for operators who take pride in finesse, safety, and efficiency.

🔥 What You’ll Do

• Safely load, unload, and stack large paper rolls and pallets
• Deliver materials to sheeting and printing lines to ensure nonstop production
• Perform daily PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) inspections
• Report equipment or mechanical issues immediately
• Use RF scanners & SAP for tracking, documentation, and movement accuracy
• Operate hydraulic clamp forklifts to handle fragile cylindrical loads
• Move rolls 3,000–4,000 lbs —often stacked up to 7 feet high

🎯 Skills You Bring

• 2+ years of clamp truck experience (not just standard forklift driving)
• Strong proficiency with:
• ✔ Clamp forklifts
• ✔ Reach trucks
• ✔ Stand‑up forklifts
• Experience with SAP or similar WMS
• Strong safety awareness and precision handling skills

• Experience with GMP or SQF environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Ability to work in both warehouse and production support settings

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centralia, IL.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
