Hiring: Inside Sales Representatives Industry: Wholesale & Distribution Automotive Essentials **This position requires being within commuting distance of North Jacksonville, Florida. It is HYBRID - it is NOT fully remote. Mondays-Thursdays on site, Friday WFH** If you’re someone who enjoys building relationships, closing the loop with customers, and being part of a team that actually wins together, this could be a great next move. This Inside Sales role sits at the center of a fast-moving, collaborative team where effort is noticed, results are rewarded, and consistency matters. This is not a dead-end seat. The team is actively planning for growth and will be adding two Supervisor roles as the department continues to expand. Compensation & Incentives This role offers a base pay of $18.50/hr + the team participates in a monthly performance bonus that has been consistently achieved month over month. When the team’s revenue exceeds the same month from the prior year by 5 percent, an additional $900 bonus is paid out for that month. If performance remains consistent throughout the year, this incentive can total up to $10,800 in additional annual earnings, on top of hourly pay. In short, first year earning potential is up to ~$48K. strong performance is recognized, results are rewarded, and the bonus structure is realistic, attainable, and already being met by the current team.

Responsibilities
- Delivers top-notch customer service while supporting sales efforts across the team
- Responds to customer questions and requests through phone, email, chat, and text channels
- Handles inbound calls with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency
- Places outbound sales and follow-up calls based on team priorities and management direction
- Documents customer interactions, notes, and next steps in the CRM system and ensures timely follow-through
- Educates customers on available products, services, promotions, and programs
- Generates new leads and prospects through outbound calling and online research
- Assists customers and the sales team with new account setup and credit application processing
- Supports product return workflows, including new item returns and warranty claims
- Maintains sales support materials such as brochures, catalogs, signage, and promotional displays
- Identifies opportunities to improve processes and increase overall efficiency
- Collaborates with sales teammates and leadership to share best practices and strengthen sales execution
- Participates in a rotating Saturday schedule (half day, work from home 8AM-12PM), providing remote phone coverage using company-provided equipment when required
