Swingers – the crazy golf club is looking for a  Bar Manager   to join our team in Boston!  We offer excellent benefits and compensation of $85,000 - $95,000 .

The role:  

The Bar Manager has two main purposes day-to-day: ensuring the seamless operation of the Swingers bars, and overseeing all floor activities related to service and entertainment. With an overriding focus on team and guest experience the Bar Manager balances operational excellence, commercial acumen, safety compliance and a developing display of emotional intelligence.

Our perfect candidate has:  

• 4+ years’ experience in managing a high impact bar environment with significant volume and high standards of performance
• 2+ years’ experience in hiring, training and leading a bar team with high standards of performance
• Demonstrated knowledge of P&L reports and ability to manage cost of goods
• TIPS alcohol certification  
• Food handling certification  
• Extensive bar & cocktail knowledge 
• Excellent communication at all levels 
• Strong leadership ability 
• Strong financial acumen 
• The ability to manage under pressure and make decisions in real time 
• The experience to operate at a high level under the direction of the management team 
• The ability to manage multiple operational and managerial tasks simultaneously 
• Personal maturity to deal with confidential information and/or issues with discretion and sound judgment 
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays

*The base pay range for this   position is $85,000 - $95,000.   The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.
