About Syndicate: The Syndicate brings Big City Dining in a Small Town, located in Downtown Bellefontaine, Ohio. We offer fresh seafood, local beef, exclusive wines & incredible craft cocktails.

Key responsibilities of a Syndicate Bar Manager:

• Inventory Control: Managing beverage inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring stock checks.
• Financial Management: Monitoring bar sales, managing costs, and ensuring profitability.
• Customer Service: Addressing concerns, ensuring excellent service standards, and resolving complaints.
• Menu Development: Creating innovative drink menus and promotions.
• Marketing and Promotions: Implementing strategies to attract customers and drive sales.
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to liquor laws, health regulations, and licensing requirements.
• Bar Operations: Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and managing service flow.

Required Skills:

• Leadership and Communication: Ability to motivate and manage a team and communicate effectively.
• Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and prioritization.
• Financial Acumen: Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management.
• Beverage Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and mixology.
