About the Opportunity:
We are a growing law firm located in the heart of Western North Carolina, seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our team in Asheville . This role is ideal for a dynamic legal professional with 3-5 years of transactional real estate experience who is ready to take ownership, grow a book of business, and advance toward Partnership .
Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and residential real estate contracts and closing documents
* Managing closings from contract to completion
* Performing due diligence, title review, and resolving title issues
* Counseling clients on zoning, land use, and leasing matters
* Collaborating with clients, lenders, brokers, and other stakeholders
* Actively participating in business development and networking in the Asheville and greater WNC region
Qualifications:
* Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
* 3-5 years of experience in transactional real estate law (commercial and residential)
* Strong communication, organizational, and client-service skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to generate business and grow into partnership
